1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Note Shuttle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Note Shuttle is a lightweight content publishing tool that lets you write in Markdown and publish shareable links (time-limited or permanent) with optional end-to-end encryption. It also provides folder management, version history, and more. Our service is delivered through Cloudflare's global infrastructure.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Each account is for a single user. You may not share your account with others. If you discover unauthorized access, please contact us immediately.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment providers Paddle or Waffo Pancake (both Merchants of Record). Subscriptions are billed annually and auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change; we will notify you before any changes take effect.

5. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be provided. To request a refund, email support@shuttlelab.org with your username and order information.

6. Encryption

End-to-end encryption uses AES-256 on the client side. We cannot access your encryption password or encrypted content. If you forget your encryption password, we cannot help recover your data.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to distributing malware, sending spam, storing prohibited content, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. After termination, your data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via website announcement or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
